Your order is only confirmed once aikecho has accepted it. Your order will not be accepted until we have received and processed your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting it; once accepted, aikecho may be unable to accept cancellation requests. If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email, billing address, and/or phone number you provided when placing the order.

We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Once we have transferred the product to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
